Purchase both Refresh Tear Plus and Refresh Liquigel products (“Eligible Product”) from a Participating Store and obtain a purchase receipt (“Qualifying Transaction”). Purchases do not have to be in one single transaction. Purchases made online at a Participating Store’s official online store will also be deemed acceptable for the purposes of this promotion. If a purchase receipt is not provided to the individual at the time of making their Qualifying Transaction, it is the individual’s responsibility to request one.
Claimants must visit https://www.refresheyedrops.com.au/promos, locate the online claim form, input the requested details, upload their purchase receipt/s and submit the fully completed form online.

You will receive an on-screen confirmation message on the promotional website after you have entered your details and submitted the fully completed form, acknowledging that your entry has been received.

Valid claims received during the Promotional Period will each be awarded the value of their Eligible Products, up to AU$8.00, back in the form of a digital Mastercard delivered to the successful claimant via email.
